Common Diagnoses
Not every child who benefits from physical therapy has a formal diagnosis. We work with children who have a wide range of developmental and motor needs. Below are some of the most common concerns we address:
- Torticollis and Plagiocephaly
- Gross Motor and Developmental Delay
- Muscle Weakness and Low Tone
- Idiopathic Toe Walking
- Balance and Coordination Challenges
- Motor Delays due to Chromosomal and Neurological Syndromes

Out of Network Care
Bloom and Grow operates as an out-of-network provider, allowing us to provide direct, one-on-one pediatric care without the restrictions or visit limits often mandated by insurance companies. This ensures that every clinical decision is driven solely by your child’s unique developmental needs.
We believe high-quality physical therapy works best when care is flexible and responsive. A private-pay model allows us to provide mobile services in your child’s natural environment and to deliver the level of support needed to promote meaningful progress during important stages of growth.
While we do not bill insurance directly, we provide detailed superbills for all services. These receipts include the necessary medical coding for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your carrier to verify your specific coverage.
